Shipping

shipping to Massachusetts incurs a 5% state sales
tax. All products will incur a $3.50 handling
charge per shipping. If shipping to Massachusetts

at 617-628-2800 to qualify for MA state sales
tax exemption.

Warranty:
The
Warranty of all current motors or parts purchased
from www.colmanmotors.com
is for one year limited warranty against any
manufacturer's defects. If the item is a
discontinued or obsolete product then the warranty
is only for 90 days from date of sale. If a motor
or parts item fails within the appropriate
warranty period, www.colmanmotors.com at
its discretion will repair, replace or issue a
credit for the item. A shipping and handling
charge will be charged to the customer as
applicable. Due to variations, the weights may
vary slightly by + or - 10%. www.colmanmotors.com shall have no
liability for damages of any kind arising from
the installation and/or
use of any item purchased from www.colmanmotors.com.

confidential. www.colmanonline.com does not sell or rent
its customer list or any personal information to any
other person, company or organization.

shipping addresses are fully verified.
Additionally, our security department may contact
you prior to shipping to verify all or part of
your shipping address. The billing address we
receive from you must match your credit card
statement billing address exactly or your order
will not be processed. We accept all major credit

Money
Back Guarantee: We
have used the best of our commitment to satisfy
you with our product, and if still for any reason
you are not fully satisfied with your purchase,
simply return it, so that we receive the
merchandise back within 30 days of the invoice
date for a full product refund. (Sorry, we cannot
refund freight, or obsolete items.) We can only
accept returns or exchanges that are received back
within 30 days of the invoice date. Please allow
for sufficient transit time when shipping back any
merchandise. To return any item, please email or
call us at 1-617-666-0500 for an R.A. (return
authorization) number. When sending back your
prepaid return, please include a copy of your
invoice with the return, write the R.A. number on
the outside of the package and include a short
note explaining the reason for your return. All
merchandise should be returned to us fully insured
and prepaid. For your security, all returns are
opened in the presence of two motor or parts
receivers who verify the contents upon their
arrival. We can only refund merchandise that is
received back within 30 days of the invoice date
and is in new, resalable condition without any
scratches, nicks or marks. A restocking charge of
20% will be made on all authorized goods. Refunds
for orders paid by credit card can only be
refunded to original credit card
account. |
